Different Types of Awareness Lanyards

Lanyards such as badge lanyards are now used for raising awareness. Different colors represent different causes. The green ribbon is obviously associated with environmental causes like stopping climate change, conserving animal species, and planting trees, among so many others. But aside from these, it has also been used to support awareness on Mitochondrial disease, which is a genetic disorder. Pink ribbons represent breast cancer awareness. These are often seen worn by people in events like Walk for the Cure. Purple ribbons are used to promote awareness on Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and support victims of domestic violence. Red ribbons are worn to raise awareness of AIDS.
